During lockdown, one of my neighbors gave me 2 remnant rolls of upholstery fabric leftover from covering some furniture. This is one of those fabrics. I combined it with this custom sexy carrot fabric and freehand machine embroidered it on both sides. The lining and wristlet are hand-dyed bedsheeting.
14.5"x11" with a 4" box. This would fit a large shawl, a sweater, or an afghan, and it can also carry craft supplies, accessories, or any other kind of items a bag can traditionally be used for. It has a detachable handle and is stabilized with interfacing, so it easily stands on its own.
Hand wash and lay flat to dry. Smoke-free/pet friendly.
