A few years ago, a neighbor gave me a round vintage brocade tablecloth that had a burn hole in it. I cut the hole out and have used this tablecloth in a number of bags. I combined it with this out-of-print plaid mouse fabric and I freehand machine embroidered it on both sides. The lining and wristlet are bedsheeting.
This bag is 10"x11" and is the medium-sized bag of the 3 project bags sizes I have. It can hold up to 3 hanks of fine yarn and is good for a 2 skein shawl or scarf. It can also carry craft supplies, accessories, or any other kind of items a bag can traditionally be used for. It has a detachable handle and is stabilized with interfacing so it easily stands on its own.
Hand wash and lay flat to dry. Smoke free/pet friendly.
