It took a lot of time to make this incredible, one-of-a-kind upcycled tote bag. It is made with a brocade upholstery remnant, this custom cats in clothes fabric, and bedsheeting. The entire outside of the bag has been freehand machine embroidered. It approximately measures 16” x 15” x 6” and has an invisible zipper panel, an internal zipper pocket, 27" long handle comfortable strap, and a removable wristlet for keys. All external materials are backed with fusible backing to make it sturdy.
This bag is, I'd say, 85% of upcycled and is big enough to hold a computer, an afghan-sized yarny project, 9 skeins of yarn (as shown in photo) or it could be a purse or a kickass diaper bag... the possibilities are endless.
