My exe worked on creative for a big Restaurant Supply company. She sent me a bunch of samples they sent her because she was done with the project and they didn't want them back. She didn't have any use for them so she sent them to me. I've used several of them for various things but this is the first time I've used one as external panels on a bag. It turned out great! I combined it with this cool custom produce fabric and I added freehand machine embroidery of a tomato slice on one side and a piece of arugula on the other. And I hand dyed the bedsheeting that is the lining and wristlet, too.
It's 8"x9" and is the smallest of my project bags, it can hold up to 2 hanks of fine yarn and is good for a pair of socks or a one skein shawl/scarf. It can also carry craft supplies, accessories, or any other kind of items a bag can traditionally be used for. It has a detachable handle and is stabilized with interfacing so it easily stands on its own.
Hand wash and lay flat to dry. Smoke free/pet friendly.
