This handmade messenger bag is upcycled from a couple of interesting garments: The outside of the bag is made from a vintage wool suit coat I got from a thrift shop up the street. The lining is backing from a drape I deconstructed. I partnered these upcycled materials with new custom Venus Flytrap fabric.
The bag is stabilized with interfacing for durability and the double D-ring on the strap has a silver finish. It is has 4 pockets, including the working blazer pocket on the flap and the denim pockets on the back.
The bag itself is 13"w x 10"h
The 2"w strap is adjustable and is 58" long
The pocket under the flap on the outside of the bag is 5 1/4"w x 4 3/4"h
The big pocket on the front inner wall is 9 1/2"w x 7"h
The two smaller pockets mounted on top of the front inner wall are 4"w x 5 1/4"h.

Hand wash, lay flat to dry and iron if needed.
